Kaelyn
Customer Service Representative
Kaelyn is the friendly face that greets you at Great Plains Veterinary Clinic. Born and raised in Great Falls, she brings over four years of experience in veterinary customer service—and a lifelong love of animals. As a child, Kaelyn dressed up as a veterinarian for Halloween, and while she didn’t end up wearing a white coat, she found the perfect fit helping pets and their people feel welcome and cared for.
At home, Kaelyn has two dogs: Sage, a shih tzu with big dog energy, and Ember, a snuggly border collie who’s never far from a cozy nap. Whether you’re calling with a question or walking through the clinic doors, Kaelyn is here to help with a calm presence and a warm smile.
Cheyanne
Veterinary Assistant
Cheyanne is a veterinary assistant with a deep-rooted love for animals and a strong commitment to compassionate care. Originally from southwestern Colorado, she earned her Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) credential through Texas A&M in 2021 and is currently working toward becoming a licensed veterinary technician through Penn Foster.
From raising 4-H goats to working with horses and small animals, Cheyanne always knew she belonged in veterinary medicine. She brings experience from several clinics and is passionate about supporting both pets and their people. At home, she has two adventurous corgis, Angus and Ariat, who keep life exciting. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, camping, or enjoying the fall season—her favorite time of year.
Kyle
Kyle Grabenstein is a Veterinary Assistant who grew up in Waco, Texas and relocated to Montana three years ago. His journey into veterinary medicine was driven by a deep love for animals. A self-proclaimed dog enthusiast, Kyle has a particular fondness for pit bulls and owns three dogs—one of which is a pit—along with four cats and three chickens. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially near water, and finds camping to be one of his favorite ways to relax—an activity his dogs also thoroughly enjoy. Known for his friendly demeanor, Kyle brings a warm, familiar energy to every interaction, making pet owners feel as if they've known him for years. He is committed to providing compassionate, attentive care to every animal he works with.
