our team

We’re always excited to connect with motivated, compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact. If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your growth is supported, and your team has your back—you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Great Plains Veterinary Clinic is a small, growing practice built around compassionate care, teamwork, and a commitment to continually improving the lives of our patients and clients.

We are looking for teammates who:

● Enjoy hands-on patient care
● Take initiative and actively look for ways to support the team
● Advocate for pets and the people who love them
● Are committed to learning, growing, and improving over time

Our goal is to create a clinic where every patient receives thoughtful, low-stress care—and where every team member plays an active role in making the practice better.

As our clinic grows, we are equally committed to supporting the growth of our team. We believe in mentorship, skill development, and helping each person build confidence in their role.

If you feel you would be a great fit, we would love to hear from you. Please send your resume and cover letter to hello@greatplainsvetclinic.com, and we will keep it on file for future opportunities.

Who Thrives Here

Team members who thrive at Great Plains Veterinary Clinic tend to:

● Enjoy being actively involved in patient care
● Look for ways to help without needing to be asked
● Communicate clearly, kindly, and respectfully with clients and coworkers
● Care deeply about improving the experience for both pets and their people
● Believe that small, consistent improvements make a big difference over time

They also:

● Take ownership and follow through on responsibilities
● Support their teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
● Are energized by growth and continuous improvement
● Want to be part of something meaningful—not just a job

Who May Not Thrive Here

Our clinic may not be the best fit for someone who:

● Prefers a role with minimal responsibility or limited hands-on involvement
● Is uncomfortable with change as a growing practice evolves
● Is not interested in learning new skills or improving processes
● Prefers to work independently rather than collaboratively

We believe the best veterinary care comes from a team that communicates openly, supports one another, and works together to find solutions for our patients.
