FAQs

Whether you’re a first-time client or a longtime pet parent, we’re here to help. Below are some common questions we hear at the clinic. If you don’t see yours, don’t hesitate to reach out!

What types of pets do you see?

We primarily care for dogs and cats. If you have another type of pet, give us a call, and we’ll let you know if we can help or refer you to someone who can.

Do you offer same-day or emergency appointments?

We do our best to accommodate urgent concerns during regular business hours. If your pet needs immediate care, give us a call and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring any previous medical records you have, a list of current medications, and your completed new patient forms. Don’t forget your pet!

How do I know if my pet is due for a checkup?

We recommend annual exams for most pets, but factors like age and health history may mean more frequent visits. Give us a call—we’re happy to help you figure it out.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We accept CareCredit®, Scratchpay, and VetBilling to make care more manageable. Visit our Payment Options page or ask us for more info.
